Projects Paradise Park
In the Civic District of Key Biscayne, Paradise Park, a landscape architecture masterpiece, has been created. The Village of Key Biscayne, seeking to enhance its public park spaces, acquired a property adjacent to various civic buildings, including a Community Center and Village Hall.
The previously vacant site has been transformed into a tranquil and historically rich park, following extensive consultations and workshops with the Village Council, Art and Landscape Committees, and local residents.
Paradise Park, with its profound historical connection, features the “Walk Through History,” a journey through Key Biscayne’s past via bronze plaque inlays. The design elements, from Corten steel to Miami oolite rock, are carefully chosen for their historical significance and local identity.
The park’s layout accommodates both large-scale and intimate events, with its paving design and illuminated boulder sculptures adding a unique artistic touch, enhancing the community’s pride and spirit.
